Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated by destination. Your exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Times
These are estimates for the transit time after dispatch. Some items ship from our EU warehouse and some from our international warehouse, so delivery times can vary by product — the estimate for your items is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

During collection drops, major releases or peak periods, things can take a little longer due to high order volume. We'll always keep you posted, and we appreciate your patience while our team gets every order out the door.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package leaves the warehouse, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.
Don't see the email? Check your spam/junk folder and confirm the email address you used at checkout. Still nothing? Email us at support@malstrom.eu.
Tracking not updating? A new tracking number can take up to 24 hours to go live. Messages like "shipment not recognised" or "no information available" are usually temporary and clear within a day. If it's stuck longer than that, get in touch and we'll chase it with the carrier.
Couriers
Your order is delivered by DHL and local carriers, depending on your destination.
Packaging & Partial Deliveries
We pack your order with care so it arrives in perfect shape. For orders with several items, we sometimes combine packaging to cut down on waste and unnecessary shipments.
Occasionally items from one order ship separately because of different production or stock times — if a package arrives without everything, don't worry, the rest is on its way. If your item arrives damaged, email us right away at support@malstrom.eu and we'll sort it out.
Delivery Problems
Sometimes a package comes back to us — usually because of an incomplete or incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, a refused delivery, or an uncollected package. If that happens, just email us and let us know whether you'd like it re-shipped, and to which address.
Package missing? If your order hasn't arrived within about a week after the estimated delivery window, email us at support@malstrom.eu. We'll investigate with the carrier and keep you updated until it's resolved.
Customs & Import Charges
For orders shipped to destinations outside the EU import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees may apply on arrival. These are set by the customs authorities in the destination country, are outside Malstrom's control, and — unless shown otherwise at checkout — are paid by the recipient.
